The first thing I want you to know about me is my absolute belief in professionalism and my commitment to client satisfaction.

As an Associate Broker, and earning advanced real estate industry designations such as, Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR),  Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Performance Management Network (PMN),  and certifications such as At Home With Diversity (AHWD) , National Association of REALTORS Technology Certification (e-Pro), becoming a member of the Arizona Master of Real Estate Society (MRE) in 2005 and earning the Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation in 2008 plus the Certified Short Sale Negotiator (CSSN) designation in 2009 and Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource (SFR) in 2010, I bring a wealth of knowledge and 25 years of customer satisfaction and service to each transaction. Using this industry knowledge to fine tuning the process and overseeing with a sharp eye all the details of the buying or selling of your home affords you the opportunity to enjoy the process. Seeing your smiles as keys change hands is the best measure of my success.

Community and professional involvement are core beliefs for me. Having had the honor to serve as the 2006 President for the Southeast Valley Women's Council of Realtors & remaining a member of WCR has allowed me access to the most up to date real estate information that in turn allows me to service your needs better.

Involvement and support of the Real Estate Industry allows me to better serve you, my client.  As a current member of the Arizona East Valley Women's Council of REALTORS & Mesa Chamber of Commerce as well as having served the Southeast Valley Regional Association of REALTORS by being a part of their Board of Directors in 2006 & 2007 and Government Affairs committee for several years, I've lent my support to ongoing education.  In addition, serving as a Board Member for the Arizona Association of REALTORS in 2006 - 2008 has created a network of top producing agents across the state for me to use as a resource when showcasing my clients listings. Being part of the Keller Williams Agent Leadership Council on and off for the past 10 years allows me to stay ahead of the industry trends and keep my clients "in the know".  Serving in the community since 1999 on such things as the boards of the Mesa Chamber of Commerce, Mesa Rotary, Mesa Art Center Foundation, Mesa Arts & Entertainment Alliance and Ballet Etudes affords me the opportunity to give back of my time and talent. In the past I have served in all board positions of the Saguaro Roundtable Chapter of the American Business Women's Association as well as Chairing the Phoenix Metropolitan Council of ABWA.  Dating back to 1994 I have been active at one time or another with the Phoenix, Tempe, Scottsdale & Chandler Chamber of Commerce.

My involvement in Maricopa County affairs has kept me well versed in economic and market conditions, which can be so valuable in assisting you.

Finally, I believe in giving back to the community. With that in mind, on each closing, I donate a portion of my commission to a local charity. The charity is selected either by my client, or if they do not have a "favorite" they can direct the funds to one of my mine.  For years I have supported the Rotary Foundation, Sunshine Acres, Gabriel's Angels,  The Mesa Art Center Foundaiton and the Disabled Veterans. This is a small way for me to help to make a difference in our community!

I look forward to learning more about your real estate needs, so that whether or not you are buying, selling or investing we will have the opportunity to work together and ultimately to make a donation to your favorite charity!
