Giving back to the community is a key component of my business and a personal way of life for me.

As a way to do that I am personally involved with several organizations that I give not only financial support to, but my time as well.  As one of my clients, you will have the opportunity to direct me where to distribute a portion of my commission for each and every transaction that we complete together.  Perhaps you have a favorite charity, a child's school, your church or another community organization that could benefit from this program.  If not, I support the following and you may select one of these to be the "preferred charity" for our transactions:

Finally, Cris believes in giving back to the community. With that in mind, on each closing, Cris donates a portion of her commission to a local charity. The charity can be selected by the client, or if they do not have an existing "favorite" charity, they can direct the funds to one of the charities that Cris has supported for years by not only donating money but her time.  Those organizations are; the Rotary Foundation, Sunshine Acres, Gabriel's Angels,  Habitat for Humanity, Mesa Art Center Foundation and Ballet Etudes Scholarship fund. This is a small way for Cris to help to make a difference in our community!
